Knox-henderson-dallas

Pros

  • Variety of housing options.
  • Easy access to various shops and restaurants.
  • Short commute to downtown Dallas.

Cons

  • Mostly on street parking in commerical areas.
  • Housing costs are higher than average.
The Knox Henderson neighborhood is a mixture of commercial and residential areas. On main streets like Knox Street you'll find storefronts lining the streets that include restaurants, chain stores, and unique, local shops. The area is very walkable with wide sidewalks and shops so closely clustered. On side streets you'll find residential areas that include some single family homes and apartment complexes. But, if you can't find enough things to keep you occupied, downtown Dallas and Mockingbird station are located only  a few miles either way on highway 75.
