Forest Hills is located northeast of downtown Dallas in the area known as Mesquite. The community is mainly residential but boasts several excellent attractions of its own including the Tension Park Golf Course and part of White Rock Lake. With excellent outdoor attractions and major shopping centers such as East Towne Mall located only a few miles away, there's plenty to do in this Dallas neighborhood. There is also a good mix of rental properties and homes for purchase in the area including single family homes and multi-unit complexes.
